DESCRIPTION:How can it be the end of summer already? It’s still hot as blazes out there! Nevertheless\, Dana Point’s free concerts take a wrap on Sunday\, August 12th with the last of its free concerts AND a Luau. \nThe afternoon begins with Curl Rider from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m.\, followed by popular Beach Boys tribute band\, Surf’s Up. \nThe Concerts are free and take place at Sea Terrace Park\, located at Niguel and PCH. Be sure to bring a blanket or low-back beach chair. A Spirit Garden will be available to purchase alcoholic drinks with the proceeds benefiting the 5th Marine Regiment Support Group. BBQ food items will be for available for purchase and the proceeds will benefit the Dana Point Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9934. \nThe Dana Point Trolley will be running and there is a stop near the concerts. To find the map and information regarding the Dana Point trolley schedule please click here. \nLimited parking is available on sections of Stonehill Drive\, Niguel Road and Pacific Coast Highway.

The four musicians are equally astute at playing a Bach Suite\, rocking out to Led Zeppelin or interpreting a piece by Chick Corea. Their playful passion captures enthusiasm from audiences of all ages. \nIndividually these four accomplished musicians based in Los Angeles have played with the likes of Bocelli\, Barbara Streisand\, Yo-Yo Ma\, Annie Lennox\, Michael Jackson\, Layla Hathaway\, Ricky Martin and Gloria Estefan. Together\, Quattrosound raises the bar of originality with clever compositions and arrangements that “pay homage to the classics” and forge a new contemporary sound.

SUMMARY:Bluebird Free Concerts in Park - Scot Bruce: Elvis Tribute
DESCRIPTION:Each year on July and August Sunday evenings\, our more southerly Bluebird Park comes alive with live music that varies from Grateful Dead tribute bands to great rock and roll\, Reggae and jazz. \nAlthough most locals are very familiar with Bluebird Park\, newcomers and visitors might not know it even exists. This is such a lovely park. Unlike the gorgeous ocean setting of the Heisler Park concert series in May\, Bluebird Park is more like sitting in a meadow clearing amidst towering trees. It’s quite serene and lovely. The music\, though\, is far from serene. This is a fun\, rocking evening no matter who’s on stage. \nPack up your chairs and picnic blankets (no placement before 3:00 p.m. please) and tote in a picnic basket with all your favorites. It’s a great friendly crowd of locals and visitors alike\, and a perfect way to end a weekend and begin the week ahead. \nOn Sunday\, July 15th\, it’s Scot Bruce in a tribute to Elvis. A returning favorite\, Scot Bruce began his Elvis tribute concerts in 1990 when he was trying to make ends meet between acting jobs. Now\, he’s Elvis everywhere – in commercials\, on national network television and in music videos with stars such as Faith Hill and Sheryl Crow. \nBluebird Park is located on Cress Street between Temple Terrace and Bluebird Canyon Drive
