Dress your pets and prep that palette for the return of Laguna Beach’s Pet Parade & Chili Cook-Off on September 30th at the Tivoli Too Grounds.

The parade partners with a very aggressive chili contest as newbies and returning champs battle it out for first place prizes. This year, I get to participate in the chili judging, along with my fellow StuNews buddy Shaena Stabler, returning judges Angie Miller (who talks about the event all year long) and Richard Burgi, and Barbara Hughston.

General Admission is just $10 for the afternoon (11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) and kids/teens under 16 are free. Come on down and support our great non-profits, the Blue Bell Foundation, Laguna Beach Animal Shelter, the Pacific Marine Mammal Center, the Pet Rescue Center, and PUP (Protecting Unwanted Pets) of Laguna Beach
