Ruben Flores’ Visionscape landscaping company took 1st place state honors for “The Float House” in Newport Beach.

Congratulations to Ruben Flores (owner of Laguna Nursery and Visionscape Landscapes) for two giant wins on Nov. 5th in the California Landscape Contractors Association (CLCA) annual “Awards of Excellence.” The CLCA annually awards “the best of the best” with an annual gala. The event had more than 2,000 entries, from the border of Oregon to the border of Mexico, with projects as large as $20 million competing in the same categories.
Ruben’s landscape company, Visionscape, took the 1st place State Trophy Award for The Float House in Large Residential Maintenance. Beautiful work! Visionscape was also awarded the state’s “Outstanding Achievement” award for Small Residential Installation at Villa Taylor (who happen to be great friends of mine. What a transformation for them!).
A repeat state trophy winner in multiple landscape categories over the years, Ruben traveled to Maui to accept the awards last weekend.
