On Thursday, Aug. 22, Laguna Beach Books is hosting a book-signing event for the first Laguna Beach travel guide, Laguna Beach’s Best.
Initially, this book began as a simple blog as Diane sorted through the best of what Laguna Beach has to offer. Now, five years and several thousand subscribers later, Diane Armitage’s blog entries have been compiled into a printed travel guide. It is a 272-page, 4-color compilation of hundreds of options in:
- Fine and casual dining
- Coffeehouses and breakfast nooks
- Water sports and recreation
- Happy hours and clubs
- Shopping finds
- Popular scheduled events throughout the year
- Activities locals participate in as they live their daily lives here.
