There are people who make cocktails in this town and there are people who invent them.
Since its opening day three years ago, Broadway by Amar Santana set itself above the regular cocktail crowd with serious mixology that introduces phenomenal liquors, cognacs, brandies and a host of spices and infusions.
Unfortunately, the Broadway mixologists are so devoted to their craft that they are constantly moving favorites from the menu to install new favorites. While we like them all, – and I mean all of them – the Broadway knows some old favorites are definitely missed. So, in a rather stellar creative moment, Broadway created “Throwback Thursday Cocktails.”
Now, each week, Broadway is re-introducing three or four cocktails from their best-seller archives and serving them JUST on Thursday evenings in the restaurant as a Throwback Thursday special.
