The giant California Wine Festival is back in play on Friday and Saturday, April 26 & 27, at Dana Point’s Lantern Bay Park (top of the hill overlooking the Harbor by the Laguna Cliffs Marriott). Tickets for this event sell out well in advance. If you want to attend this event,  best you get tickets as quickly as possible.

Friday: Rare Wine Tasting
On Friday evening, the festivities begin with a Sunset Reserve & Rare Wine Tasting event at the Dana Point Yacht Club. From 6:30 to 9:00 p.m., vintners will be pouring their finest wines.

Saturday: Hundreds of Wines, Food & Live Music
On Saturday, the wine-loving masses descend, with just VIP-ticketed and Early Entrance-ticketed people given early access at noon. They have a full hour to roam the grounds before the gates officially open to the public at 1:00 p.m. In addition to hundreds of fine wines, you will find regional craft brews as well as gourmet food treats. Also, a live band plays until the event closes at 4:00 p.m.
