Chef Lindsay Smith-Rosales came up with a “turkey dinner to go” for Thanksgiving this year. It proved so successful that she’s offeirng a Christmas Dinner “to go” as well.

Start with an antipasto and crudite board to a host of great appetizer options, soup, salad, and a crazy number of side dish options. And THEN you finally get to protein options, which include free range turkey, herbs de Provence roasted pork loin, roasted Steelhead salmon or Lindsay’s famous pistachio dijon crusted rack of lamb. Dessert options roll on and on, too.
