The Festival of Arts is California’s longest-running outdoor fine art exhibition. Its jury process and open-air gallery setting allow this festival to please all types of connoisseurs, and THIS year we’re all in for a treat with recently remodeled grounds to better accommodate artists’ booths, live music stages, workshop and classroom settings, and more.
