Shepherded by LagunaBeachLive.org, the new Sizzling Sounds of Summer Series offers four acclaimed jazz groups bringing International Jazz to our Community. From Brazil to France and beyond, these talented musicians deliver their unique cultural take on jazz plus great straight-ahead sounds.

Presented in a delightful cabaret setting at the Woman’s Club of Laguna Beach, a bar and food will also be available for purchase.

The series is every two weeks on a Tuesday evening, from July 16 to August 27. To wrap the season on Aug. 27th, it’s the popular return of Brazilian singer and guitarist Téka, who fuses the sensual rhythms and harmonies of Brazil with the sophistication and improvisation of jazz – a fascinating musical blend she calls New Bossa.

Concerts 6-8 pm, doors open at 5 pm for bar and food.
Tickets are $25 in advance,  $30 at the door or $100 for the full season .Seating is assigned according to date of purchase, season ticket holders and Laguna Beach Live! membership.
