LOCA’s (Laguna’s 25-year non-profit education coalition) annual birthday bash is getting so popular that they had to expand this year to bigger space. Join the group on Sunday, March 29 from 3 – 7 for their annual art-filled fundraising event in Bridge Hall at the Neighborhood Congregational Church honoring artist and arts advocate, Scott Moore.
