The famed Laguna Village Oak and Brooks Street Halloween Event is back (not sure how it could be stopped, really.) Kids from all over descend for a bevy of trick-or-treating treats. It’s a great evening for spotting the best kids’ costume around.

City staff will provide barricades to block vehicle traffic on Oak Street and Brooks Street between Catalina and Temple Terrace for the annual Halloween event starting at 5:00 p.m. The event will conclude at 9:00 p.m., and police personnel will reopen the streets at approximately 9:30 p.m. after the residents have had the opportunity to clean up. Police personnel will be assigned to the event to make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time.
