The Pacific Wine and Food Classic is a relative newbie to Orange County, but it’s proven a great culinary success. Set for August 18th and 19th at the Newport Dunes, and featuring more than 100 food, wine and cocktail stations from the foodiest of foodie chefs at top restaurants in the O.C., tickets are moving very, very quickly.

Enjoy bites from local top chefs and sip more than 100 wines and handcrafted premium cocktails. Enjoy celebrity chef demonstrations, master sommelier discussions, and summer mixology demos, too.

The 2-day live culinary cooking stage will be hosted by Food Network Star Simon Majumdar. Learn fantastic culinary tips from the best chefs on the West Coast as they create dishes and cocktails reminiscent of their favorite summer memories. Representing from Laguna Beach, Chef Arthur will be teaching the recipe for his best-selling Shrimp Shooters. Tickets are $139 for single day VIP and $130 for general admission on Saturday (GA on Sunday already sold out).  for two-day general admission. Purchase of VIP ticket grants one-hour early admission, special access to the Gazebo Courtyard overlooking the bay with special bites and handcrafted cocktails.
