[singlepic id=219 w=320 h=240 mode=watermark float=right]Today whilst gathering information on the Best Laguna Beach Holiday Decor Shops, I had to do what is fast becoming a favorite lunch activity – I trotted over to one of the best pizzas in Laguna Beach – Pizza Lounge – on PCH next to The Hotel Laguna. I couldn’t help myself. Gary Decker serves up the most amazing super-thin crust gourmet pizzas in Laguna Beach, and I’m always up for a new flavor.
Today, once again, Gary came through with shining colors with an exquisite recent creation: shrimp pizza with cranberry, spinach, goat cheese and a light drizzle of a homemade chipotle sauce. Incredible. I mean, really incredible. (Remember, too, I vote Pizza Lounge one of the top 5 restaurants in town for most fantastic salads, so it doesn’t have to always be about the pizza.)
Gary’s decking his pizzas for the holidays, too – this coming Thanksgiving week, he’s introducing a Pizza Lounge Holiday Pizza with roasted turkey, cranberries and cheese sauce. Oh my.
