Get a head start on memorable recipes and menus for your holiday parties, buffets and dinners at Laguna Culinary Arts in the Laguna Canyon. The shop is offering a ton of classes through December (check their schedule at www.lagunaculinaryarts.com ), but their initial offerings this weekend are classes in Spanish Holiday Tapas Parties (9:30 a.m Sat.) and Holiday Open House Buffets (5 p.m. Sat).
Cost for the classes is $95 per person, or $170 for two, and their multiple-recipe prep and advice is worth every dollar.
