The Laguna Beach fireworks show is back in play and will begin at approximately 9 pm on Sunday, July 4th.
As usual, the fireworks show will originate from Monument Point at Heisler Park. For this reason, the Monument Point area will be closed all day on the 4th of July. Beginning at approximately 5 pm, the area of Heisler Park from the Rock Bench at Myrtle Street to the Rockpile Beach stairs at Jasmine Street will be closed to the public to allow for fireworks preparation.
City Trolleys will operate under a modified schedule, so be sure you know how to get back to your car at the end of the fireworks show!
The Coastal Route will run from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., the Canyon Route from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and the Summer Breeze route from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The normal trolley schedule will resume on July 5. The City encourages visitors to utilize the exterior parking lots (Lots 15, 16, 17 and 19) and take the trolley into town.
Laguna Art-A-Fair and Sawdust Art & Craft Festival will also have limited hours until 6pm on Sunday, July 4th.
Most restaurants in town are operating through the afternoon hours and closing for the evening. Be sure to check with your individual restaurant of choice before heading there.
