Consider this a preview to the upcoming Laguna Beach NYE as more restaurants and bars will be sending me their New Year’s party details. For the time being, though, this is what I’ve heard on the street for our Laguna Beach NYE!

Hotel Laguna’s New Year’s Eve Bash
Doors open 8:00 p.m., Live music begins at 9:30 p.m.
$40/person, 21 years of age or older
Sissy Gilio and the Type A Band
Long-time locals may remember the giant New Year’s Eve parties at Hotel Laguna, which were initially introduced by Claes Andersen. Now that his son, Stefan Andersen, is the Hotel’s new General Manager, the “family tradition” has returned.
An L.A. and Orange County favorite from 1976 forward, the NYE live music will be provided by Sissy Gilio, who will be rocking the ’70s, ’80s and ’90s with her band, Type A. Sissy’s offers a variety of tunes in classic rock, rock, contemporary and country music and performs regularly with globally renowned acts.
While the Hotel Laguna New Year’s Eve Bash spans its entire beachfront, indoor/outdoor restaurant and bar, several stations of hot appetizers and gourmet snacks will be positioned throughout. Executive Chef Robert Hines will be providing Truffle Mac ‘n Cheese, Beef en Croute, Vietnamese Chicken Spring Rolls, Mini Quiches, Cheese & Cold Meat displays and more. And (of course), your $40 ticket grants a champagne toast at midnight, too.

Andrew Bloom
Spend New Year’s 2016 with The Andrew Bloom Band. Andrew has appeared as a semi-finalist on American Idol and The Voice, and he’s always keeping his shows lively, playing all the hits from Bill Withers to Bruno Mars.
Mozambique’s regular bar and dinner menu will be in play throughout.
Skyloft
9:00 p.m. – 12:30 a.m.
Prix fixe dinner $50/person 5 – 7 p.m.
2nd seating Prix fixe dinner $75/person, 8 – 10 p.m.
Live music begins at 9:00 p.m., $25 cover charge
Stone Jonez
Our newest restaurant newcomer, Skyloft, is offering both prix fixe dinner and party on New Year’s Eve. First and second seating reservations are available for the Skyloft’s prix fixe dinner. As dining winds down, live music comes compliments of talented local, Stone Jonez for an evening of fun, soul, rock and R&B.
Enjoy the New York ball drop on televisions throughout, plenty of party favors and a bubbly toast at midnight.

Starfish is bringing Las Vegas to Laguna Beach, with guest DJ Roman Rosati, the resident DJ at the Ultra Sexy Lounge DRAIS.
Roman Rosati was the music producer of Nikki Beach for 10 years, and has mixed music for world renowned clubs in Paris, Moscow, Miami, New York, Chicago, Las Vegas and now … Laguna Beach!
Enjoy all regular menu items, lobster tail additions, bottomless champagne, dancing through the evening and a midnight toast (of course).
