Nirvana Grille, one of our only restaurants with a Laguna Beach-grown chef (and the only female chef!), is already celebrating its 7th anniversary.
On Sunday, May 3rd, Nirvana Grille is hosting an Anniversary “Gala” party that you definitely want to reserve tickets for now. From just 5 – 8 p.m., this is going to be some kind of party!
Rather than just create a party about themselves, Co-Owners (and husband and wife team) Luis and Chef Lindsay Smith-Rosales decided to celebrate four of their favorite non-profit organizations, one of which is dearest to my heart, the Pacific Marine Mammal Center. Additionally, they’ve chosen to feature and give back to the Boys & Girls Club of Laguna, the Friendship Shelter and School Power.
The party will take over the entire Nirvana Grille restaurant and Bliss Bar with Lindsay’s many phenomenal food creations circling, vodka-sponsored signature cocktails, and a fully stocked bar of unique wines, beers and other top-shelf cocktails included in the ticket price of $150. Ticket proceeds will be evenly divided between the four organizations.
With representatives from each of the four non-profits there, and an undoubted number of avid supporters of these locally grown organizations, it’s sure to be a full house! Given that it’s pretty darned easy for me to spend $150 at a dinner out these days, you’d better believe I’ll be attending this event – with Chef Lindsay’s great food and all for a great cause, you can’t beat it.
Ticketing will be available this coming week at www.NirvanaGrille.com
