This Sunday, Nov. 10th, it’s an Oysterfest at the ocean shore when The Deck and neighboring Bungalows host a shindig for The Surfrider Foundation.
Aptly named “Sip & Shuck,” this Oysterfest offers a rare opportunity to enjoy fresh oysters on the Deck’s oceanfront patio along with all sorts of other tastings and bites from new Chef Rainer Schwarz.
While live Reggae plays, guest will be treated to a Ketel One Vodka and Grey Goos ice bar, retail merchandise from the finest surf manufacturers around, and a silent auction.
While oysters via this talented Chef might seem to be a high-brow event, tickets are just $25. Be a V.I.P. for the day at $50 and you enjoy the top floor lounge with a VIP bartender and “swag” from the Surfrider Foundation. It’s a great way to spend an afternoon in support of the grassroots organization that has blossomed to more than a quarter of a million members, all dedicated to protecting our oceans and beaches.
