Leave it to newcomer Tortilla Republic in Laguna Beach to add some interesting spark to our November calendar with a 5-course dinner, each course paired with Partida tequilas. Now that’s interesting!
Scheduled for this Wednesday, Nov. 19th, at 7:00 p.m., the dinner is just $50 per person – certainly worth the unusual research, assuredly. The Tortilla Republic menu has been hand crafted by Executive Chef Chris Tzorin, Chef Cathy Shyne and Chef Katie Shyne, all three of whom are quite capably turning “Mexican cuisine” into quite a foodie experience.
